Grade 9 English (HL) – Term 2

Hello and Welcome to Grade 9 Term 2 English!

Congratulations on completing your term 1 English work.

Term 1 work was built to help you build important vocabulary, reading, and early writing skills. In this term, you will be building on that knowledge and applying it to the analysis of a storybook.

We hope you enjoy learning and acquiring this new knowledge in English Term 2.

We have attached a subject outline for this term which will help you plan your work and help you to correctly pace yourself. Use this as a checklist and ensure that you keep up with the work to make sure that you can complete the term in the time allocated.

Please note that you can move at your own pace. However, we encourage you to do at least 45 minutes of English at least 4 x a week in order to ensure that you complete the three required terms within this calendar year.
